By accessing or using All Tools (alltools.apixx.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

All Tools provides a collection of free online utilities for text manipulation, image editing, audio/video conversion, CSS generation, encoding/decoding, encryption, math calculations, and other purposes. Most tools operate entirely within your browser; audio and video tools use server-side processing.

3. Free Service

All tools are provided free of charge. No registration or account creation is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the tools only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt our services
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to access the tools excessively
  • Not upload malicious files or content designed to exploit our systems
  • Take responsibility for any content you process using our tools
  • Verify the accuracy and suitability of any output before relying on it

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any content you input or generate using our tools. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content. The All Tools website, its design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of tool outputs
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data during server-side processing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

8. File Upload Limits

Server-side tools (audio and video conversion) accept files up to 100 MB. Files exceeding this limit will be rejected. Uploaded files are processed and immediately deleted; we do not store your files.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Tools and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
