All Tools ("we", "us", "our") operates the website alltools.apixx.dev. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

2. Data Processing

Client-Side Tools

The vast majority of our tools (text, image, CSS, encoding, math, and more) run entirely in your browser. Your data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to the content you input into these tools.

Server-Side Tools (Audio & Video)

Audio and video conversion tools require server-side processing using FFmpeg. When you use these tools:

  • Your file is uploaded to our server for processing
  • The file is processed and the result is returned to you
  • Both the original and converted files are deleted immediately after processing
  • We do not store, log, or retain any uploaded files
  • Files are limited to 100 MB

3. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (i18n_redirected) to remember your language preference. This is not a tracking cookie and contains no personal information. We do not use any advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Require user accounts or registration
  • Collect personal information (name, email, etc.)
  • Use analytics or tracking services
  • Share any data with third parties
  • Display advertisements
  • Use fingerprinting or other tracking technologies

5. Local Storage

Some tools may use your browser's local storage to save preferences or temporary data for your convenience (e.g., dark mode preference, notepad content). This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us.

6. Server Logs

Our web server may collect standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for tracking or profiling.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all communications. Since most tools process data locally in your browser, your data benefits from the inherent security of never leaving your device. For server-processed audio/video files, data is transmitted over encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
